Manufactured in New Zealand since 1927, VICTORY Knives are renowned for their performance, durability and corrosion resistance. All knives feature a stainless steel blade, no gap at handle and blade joint for better hygiene and finger guard. They all come with a lifetime guarantee!
Specifications:
- 2, 3 or 5 indicates the flex in the blade.
- 2 are the stiffest knives – used mainly for boning, skinning or general frame breakdown.
- 3 have some flex but aren’t “bendy” – used mainly for boning or filleting some species.
- 5 are superflex – used mainly for filleting.
Sharpening Steel – Round 30cm sharpening steels made for sharpening Victory knives.
- V5 – Flugel 305 Superfine Steel – Used to achieve a fine and long lasting edge.
- V6 – Polished Steel – Used to polish and sharpen an already defined edge.
