The Bait Shop Gold Coast started as a small family run business including a young pup named Tye in Arundel in 2013, after the owner decided that there wasn’t a great variety of quality bait available on the coast. The family had worked in the commercial fishing industry for over 30 years & knew that it was time to make it happen. Our bait is sourced from local commercial fisherman & fish markets, before being freshly frozen in-store. The Bait Shop Gold Coast has developed into not only a bait shop but a one-stop shop, with a wide range of fishing gear & tackle, gift cards and plenty more, including our 24/7 vending machines. We cater for all your fishing needs, offer friendly advice and are always happy to point you in the right direction.
