Kershaw Narrow Fillet Knives

The 7.5-in. Fillet is one of the key fillet sizes that every angler will want at the ready. In fact, if you could only have one fillet knife, this would probably be the size to choose since it can handle a wide variety of fish. For instance, it’s perfect for filleting bass or smaller trout, but can handle both larger and smaller catches in a pinch.

The 9.5-inch Fillet’s blade is the right size for salmon, pike, steelhead, and most larger fish. Because of the greater girth of these fish and the extra surface area you’ll need to cut through, you’ll appreciate having a longer blade. These Kershaw-sharp knives glides through fish quickly and easily.
