Black Magic Original Equalizer Set – Gimbal & Harness
All sets include: Gimbal, Webbing belt/drop straps, Harness, free carry bag and an instructional “how to use” pamphlet and links to online videos.
The original model Equalizer Sets feature:
- The pin at the rear of the gimbal recess is designed for straight butt rods. The pin recess is designed to allow a full range of motion for a straight butt rod, without interference from the gimbal plate
- Insert an adaptor (with a single screw to attach to the gimbal plate) for bent butt rods.
- The adaptor brings the pin to the front of the gimbal plate and stops the bent butt rod from hitting the gimbal plate when lifted

Hook’em Double Copper Crimps
Hook'em double copper crimps or ferrules are designed to work with a specific-sized cable to get the maximum benefit and breaking strain of your rig. For the most effective connections, a hydraulic tool is suggested. Manual mechanical connections will not be as effective or strong.
